Canexi Studios LLP uses the details you share through this website only to respond to you, run the free GEO scan you ask for and prepare for a call. This page lists what we collect, who handles it and how to ask us about it.
How does Canexi Studios handle your details?
What details do we collect?
On the contact form and the free GEO scan form: your name, email address, company, website address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. On the booking calendar: whatever Calendly asks you for when you pick a time.
What do we use them for?
To reply to your message, run the scan on the website address you submit, release your score and follow up about the result, and prepare for the call you book. We do not sell your details.
Who handles your details?
Form submissions are emailed to the Canexi Studios team and recorded in a Google Sheet through a Google Form. Bookings are handled by Calendly, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Each of those services has its own privacy policy.
What does the GEO scan look at?
Only the public pages of the website address you enter. It cannot see private pages or your analytics. To limit abuse, the scan tool keeps a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address for rate limiting rather than the address itself.
How can you ask us to correct or delete your details?
Email hello@canexistudios.com from the address you used and say what you want changed or removed.
